UpStart brings together experts on early childhood development, decision makers and community leaders in the province to develop a framework of action and to ensure that policies affecting children and youth are based on leading brain science research. The goal of this work is to ensure every child has access to opportunities for positive experiences in the early years that set a pathway for success.
